I am currently on J1 visa stamped in my passport in the US.
My wife is on a B1/B2 visa and I have requested her seperate DS 2019 from ECFMG.
My qtn is -
1. Can I file for her change of status in the US from b2 to J2 using I - 539 form at USCIS
2. Do I have to submit ORIGINAL DS 2019 for J2 ( my wife ) or a copy is ok
3. Do I have to submit my ORIGINAL DS 2019 ( of J1applicant i.e myself) or a copy is ok.
