I currently hold an L1 Visa and am presently in US.
1] Can I apply for change of status for H1 Visa with a new employer?
2] Is it necessary for me to get stamping done on my passport to stay and work for new employer in US.
3] Can my wife who is on L2 visa also change her visa from L2 to H1B the same way?
4] When can I start working with my new employer if they file for H1 in April 2006?
