We heard recently that if you have applied for your visa extension and do not receive a decision on your case , you should be leaving prior to your I 94 expiry. ? Is this a new rule and if it is , can someone point me to a link that states this
I was under the assumption that you can stay over your I 94 expiry if you have filed but the drawback being that if your case was rejected your visa is cancelled.
