Urgent - Case reopened by USCIS motion

USCIS has reopened my 2 years old H4 to H1 transfer case to desi company A(not consultant), I am now working for B and have recently applied H1 xfer to Company C.
USCIS Website says ->
On June 1, 2006, this case was reopened on a USCIS motion, and the case is now in process. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.


Can anyone provide a helpful thought on why USCIS has opened such an old case -
Can employer-A do that?
Should this be a red-flag for my H1 xfer from B to C, which is in progress.

Any suggestions are helpful.

I also got an motion to repoen a very old case (my previous employer H1B).
Exactly the same date as you.

did you get any response from INS?
