URGENT -- can i change job using EAD ????

I got my EAD approved and my 180 days are over too. Can i cahnge my job using the ead or is it only valid for the current job ?? I have to make a decision soon.

If you worked for your sponsor for >180 days, you may invoke AC21 to change sponsors. Your new position must be similar to current one and you need to inform INS of your change of intent.
This is involved with some risk since no regulations were laid out. You can use your EAD for as long as its valid.
