I want to find out if one can file EB2 on part-time basis i.e working say 30 hours/week, the reason i'm enquiring is for the title I wish to use 'Informaiton Technology Manager', the salary requirement per prevailing wages is 97,094 however my salary is 80k and my company will not show higher future salary, if we can file case as part-time, then per hourly basis, then yearly salary come well under 80k (47*30*52=73k)
