Submitted a Birth Certificate dated last year based on official record of my birth ... still got an RFE ... saying the document is "not sufficient" and asking for "older evidence" like Hospital Records, School Records, Medical Records, Religious Records showing Birth Date and parents name ...
I don't have much of the suggested things ... And as my Birth was registered don't know if I can get a non-availability certificate ...
What should I do ... Can get the affidavits from parents/relatives ... But do I have to have the non-availability certificate for them to consider it?
