We got 485 interview at Cherry hill on Oct 19, 2005, The officer wants Birth Certificate, not the affidavits.(who born after 1970). He gave us 12 weeks time to respond with Original BC. We requested from INDIA.
Some how it is getting delay, I am afriad that we may pass 12 weeks time.
Is there any way that I can get couple of weeks extension for submitting the BC?.
Can I get Infopass appointment to go and meet the officer to get the extension?
What are the other options that I have?
Please reply if any one faced the same situation.
