Hi everyone,

i am in a fix now.i have applied for conversion of b1-f1. now the uscis is asking me to provide them with letter of intent to enter usa. which they have sent after 3 months after i applied.what are my chances of getting the f1 and does anybody think that i should approach a lawyer or directly send it to the uscis.
a silly question, will the colour of letter paper which they have sent to me decide whether i will be issued a conversion or not?

It is simple . They want to know why you want to change your status .
If you are drafting the letter , please get it notarized .
The color of the paper does not have any bearing on your case .
