One of my friends has come here with his wife and children on B1/B2
- expiring soon. They have applied for extension for all.
Now a company is sponsoring his H1 with a job. But the approval is expected only after 3 months or so.
1. Should he apply for status change (B1/B2 --> H4)
for his family right now? Or should he wait for his H1 approval?
2. Will he and his family be in status as they have applied for
B1/B2 extension and H1?
