Urgent: AP pending in NSC...need to travel

Background for me an my wife

485 ND - 10/29/2001

FP - 09/10/2002

RFE - Sometime in January 2003

RFE Replied - Febraury 2003

Case Transfered to Columbus Office - 03/11/03

Waited for an interview

I131 AP - RD - 07/24/2003

Currently takes more than 90 days.

Family Emergency need to leave by August end.

Any Suggestions would help..Is there anything that can be done to speed up the process in NSC?
 
I guess the best thing you can do is get an emergency AP from your district bcis office. However, you will need to establish that you do have an emergency situation, God forbit, if someone is sick or dead, then you will need the supporting documents.

Please do post your experience with emergency AP because I probably will need to do that too.
 
I hope the office understands that and give you the AP, you can try it though, it can't hurt, hopefully! But i don't know if just the invitation is good enough or you need some more proof of the marriage.
You can go to the office and ask them? Can't you?

I hope their definition of emergency is "bad news" and also "good news" like in your case
