URGENT -AP Info needed

Guys,

Last December I travelled outside USA using AP, and when I got back they put a stamp on it saying parolled until Jan 13th 2004. What does it mean. Does it mean that I can stay inside USA only till that day, so do I need to get an extension to that stamp, if I want to stay beyond that date

When u apply I485 and a decision is pending, U have the legal status to stay in this country till a decision is made. So don't worry on I94 Date. The Officer @ POE needs to put a date and hence 1 year from the date of entering...!
