Guys,
I have applied for my 3rd AP in Dec'03 and going by the general time frame, I am not going to get my new AP approval before March 04. My existing AP is going to expire in FEB, I don't want to take chances and wait for the new AP to come in March 04.
Does anybody have any experience of getting an AP from local office in emergency situations ?. Please share.
