URGENT: Anyone whose AP is approved after getting RFE??

Hi All,

I have applied my AP in MArch 2003. MY ND is 25 March, 03. I got RFE on 26 June, 03 for I-140 and I-485. I sent all the documents to INS on same day.

After that status of my AP will change on 3 july from RFE sent to "on July 3, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 30 and 60 days for us to process this kind of case".

My Questions are that

1. How many days INS is taking now in approving AP cases(who got RFE for their AP)?????????

2. Have anybody recieved their AP approvals after getting RFE in these days??

Please suggest me

Sometimes they process it in couple of days, sometimes they take months. There is no definite answer to this.

I have seen people getting AP within a month after sending reply to RFE. But, it may depend upon the type of RFE.

Just wait for some time and then call BCIS.
 
My wife got her AP approved in Feb 2003 after RFE. They took a week or so in approving the AP after receiving the RFE.

But, I guess it varies in some case and takes a month or so.
