urgent: any problem if changing job duties without changing employer

appreciate if you can pls advise on following case:

after filing 485, if because of re-org of the original employer, I am asked to take more duties than the one filed on my LC, e.g.

LC filed under computer software engineer

new duties includes it, but also cover customer interaction for example, would there be any negative impact on my 485 application?

for above case, is that a true statement as long as it is still in the same product devleopment organization, management has the flexibility to testify same job function is performed (even though you are doing some new stuff), it would be ok with INS? for an employment verificatin RFE, is that only about title or job description as well?
