My extension of stay was denied and I got the notice on Nov. 1. My originally I-94 expired on Sep. 1. I've been trying to make all the arrangements to come back to my country but it seems that I can't return before Nov. 18 bec. the airline doesn't have any ticket. According to what I've read, if my extension of stay is denied my tourist visa is void immediately. Is that right? Besides, in the note i got it says that I have to leave asap (I don't know how many days that mean???) but what's the difference between leaving in 3 days and in a month if my visa was already void? I would like to have more information about this. I've also read that I might not be able to enter the country in the next 3 or 5 years... Is that true? In what cases does that apply?
