Urgent advice required.

I filed my I-140 / 485 in end of october-2002 and waiting for my I-140 approval. I got my EAD / AP for myself and my wife. Our finger printing is done. At present my company might close down or get sold. I like to know my legal options to continue my green card as I have crossed 180 days. Appreciate your advice.

Try to get a job in similar labor category

You will have better luck defending your case when its up for approval or RFE. As long as your company does not cancel the application it should continue moving forward.

Thanks for the info. According to AC21, I need to get a similar job. What is meant by this ? Is it similar job title, same salary, same location ?
