Urgent Advice Needed

Dear All:

I filed my papers concurrently (I/140/485) with company " A " in Feb of this year after labor got approved, and just now discovered that the company has been bought over by Company " B " - Please advise what do i do under these circumstances, I am a little panicky and nervous about the whole situation - Will my entire petition and patience go down the drain - would i need to start all over again the entire process or is there a legal loop that I could use.

Comapny " B " might not be able to support my petition.

I know we are all here to share each others pain - please do advise ASAP.

file for 140 amendmend from company B . IF they do't support then just hope your 140 clears up with RFE then u can switch jobs on EAD after 180 days.

You mean with out RFE right ??

If RFE on my documents and nothing to do with company " A " would it be a good idea to pursue same.

Any advise would be appreciated.
