I filed 140, 485 in March, April respectively, I couldn't get iEAD from local office as my 765 and 485 are put on hold because of RFE on 140 (we are working on reply to second RFE). I am in the situation that I must have an EAD in 2-3 weeks to start my new job). My wife is US citizen. My question is whether I can file family based application from either SFO or San Jose to get my EAD in about 2 weeks. I am really fed up with CSC and my current company, don't even want to deal with H1 tranfer anymore. Your advice is really appreciated.
