Hi, I need your advice please. I self-petioned EB1 and got approved in the extra ordinary ability category (RD June 99, ND July 99, FP June 2000)
I got RFE last week to ask me to show evidence that i will not become a public change. The evidence may be
(a) employment letter, or
(b) a Form I-134 completed by a financial sponsor, or
(c) other evidence (bank letters, etc.)
However, my last research contract job ended in June 2000, so I am now unemployed.
My wife (dependent applicant) has a full-time IT job with good pay using EAD (employment authorization).
My questions are:
(1) Can my wife fill Form I-134 to be my sponsor (dependent sponsors primary)?
(2) Is it OK if I don\'t submit employer letter because the required evidence can be any of the three?
