We have applied Visitor Visa extension ( B2) but have not got Decision yet .
Our Visa is going to expire soon in Middle of Feb. What should we do ? Should we wait or leave the country before getting decision ? It is important to stay here . But we dont want to screw up the legal status overstaying the visa .
If we wait to get the decision , even after the visa is expired what will happen in the future . will we be stopped in future to come back in USA for overstaying ?
What are the consequences when we filed for extension and have not heard from USCIS and wait and stay in USA even after the visa is expired ?
