its been over 100 days since i filed my AP at NSC. i am looking to travel soon but it is still not approved. can i goto the local service center and get it since it has been pending for over 90 days...

try infopass for sure. i applied AP on july 13., 07 and received it today in the mail. it was approved however on oct 18 - came to know thru infopass.

NSC AP is taking approximately 4 to 5 months now. I don't think infopass can help you unless there are any emergency situations.
