Urgent(about CSPA)

I am a girl from China. My father's sister filed an I-130 (F4) immigration petition for us on 1992 when i was 11 years old. Now the priority date is current, and I've become 21 years old on Oct 8th, 2002.

Q1: Can I benefit from the CSPA(the Child Status Protection Act)?

Q2: If I am rejected for age-out, will I automatically be reclassified to an appropriate category, family-based 2B, and retain my father's original priority date on 1992?
