I have completed my 6 yrs in USA and my 1st GC application ran into trouble
bcos the company was no good.My application for 7th yr extension thru a
second company was denied bcos they did not file with proper supporting documents.
Now I am in a third company which has filed my I140 on preapproved labour and has applied seventh yr H1 xtension.
The current company has got a query, and they are in the process of collecting documents and will respond to the query in a couple of days time.
My question is:
i)Is it legal for me to stay in country after 180 days(grace period) of my 6th yr completion
2)Is it necessary that I get 7th yr H1 approved before 180 days grace period
