I have only 7 weeks left for my 6 years h1 period. Not filed for labor yet and found a compnay who has an approved labor which was filed to in 2002. i.e. 365 days old. Based on this labor can I get 7th year h1 extension through that company?
Also filing of I485 (in other words submitting I485 documents to INS is okay or do I need to get the receipt from INS in order to keep my status legal after h1 expires) will keep me in lagal status after h1 expires, if I don't get 7th year extension .
