Urgent ...........45 days more???????

Guys,

My RD May 2002. I opened up an inquiry on 485 30 days back. I received a letter from USCIS today saying that:

Our computer systems show that your petition/application is still pending Service consideration. Please allow 45 days hear from this office (VSC).

My questions::::::::

What is service consideration?????

Are they mentioning another 45 days from the date they sent me the response or from my inquiry date? Anybody got the same reply??????

Please share your experiences. Is there anything to worry about?

Means VSC is still working on your application . I have the same RD of your's and initiated an inquiry . 30 days past by but no reply yet

I sent a expedite fax in July, got a letter saying that it will take 30 to 60 days to hear from them. I will be completing 60 days today. Tomorrow I will send EF2 (expedite fax #2)....Seems like there is no end to this stupidity.

LUD changed today also.for 485....2 DAYS continously.......
