Urgent 20k H1 start Date

Hi,
This is really urgent and i would appreciate anyone's help.

The new 20k H1 for people have masters or higher degree from US.
We can aply from March 8th if i am correct.
But does anyone knows what is the earliest start date for those approved H1-B. Would it be in March 2005 or October 2005.
Its very important for me , i would be realllyyyyy very thnakful if you could provide me some information

Hi,

You can start your H1 within 2 weeks from the time you apply and moreover all these 20,000 H1 visa's should get started before Oct 2005.
