hi everybody,
my I485 is pending,and we want to travel outside us because my mam is sick.
my husband is the principal applicant,,and he is stuck for nc,so the only way is to get a travel document, but our problem is that there was a gap beteween the expiration of our h-1 and the filing of the I485, the gap is 6 weeks ,i know that we re covered by (245k), is there any pb to come back? is the AP enough? plz i need ure advises ,we havent seen our family for 4 years we have two kids ,they re citizens, i have another Q ,what s the difference betw the name check and background check?

eb2,non retrog countries
I485,april /1 /06, the h1 was already expired 6 weeks
fingerp done on may 064t
EADs APPROVED ON JUNE 06
I140 approved on july 15/06
1RFE on august ,resp on sept,for medical issue
2 RFE on oktober,resp on nov
wating for backr check
