Upgrading spouse's IV petition

Has anyone here upgraded their spouse's immigrant visa petition from the F2A category to immediate relative? How long after the certificate copy was sent in, did the consular interview happen?

I remember someone posted in the "Family" forum a similar situation a while ago, I believe s/he said that it took a little bit over a month.
