Ok my case # starts with 01-280...
My lawyer sent a inquiry about 3 weeks ago. They got a reply from INS saying that the case was just assigned to an officer, and that it will be adjudicated after the audit.
The web site still display the same message, GC not approved yet.
My lawyer just told me that the audit took 2 weeks and not one, and that my case will be adjudicated within a month following the audit. This seems very long.
Any comments?
