Lewslaw’s site has been very conservative for as long as I've known it. Usually it doesn't get updated until weeks after Fragomen's and other tracking sites. Knowing this I’d say it’s a safe bet that the current INS 485 JIT is 11/19/01.

JIT is 10/19 really.

I agree with SM. The realistic JIT date is 10/19 and obviously INS made a typo in the last report.
