Update on RFE - Called up IIO - Extent of Delay
Here's some news for fellow RFE holders on my case.
Called up IIO today. She said that my RFE (RD. 24 Oct 02) is almost through with IBIS checks (Yes, second time!) and now will be going to the immigration officer maybe in one or two weeks. This is the sort of delay we are talking about. In almost 2 months time my RFE has not even reached the immigration officer.
After that it is on the list of priorities for the immigration officer for him to take a decision. So I am looking at probably realistically speaking atleast another month or two for an approval or next step of action.
My EAD same RD as RFE is in the final stages and I may hear something in one or two weeks time.
