I received the RFE for "two new-style photos"
And I got an email from my attorney, saying that:
Your client's case is still pending the back ground check, sorry but sometimes these can take some time. Check back in another 30 days and hopefully it will be completed. Sorry for the incovenience, however, these checks are performed by another agency therefore, we have no control over the process.
I hope it will be completed by this month-end. Will push my attorney to call them again.
