Update on my case 485/ 140 Approved for CP and applied for AOS

Update :
On Dec 31st there was an RFE issued for my case and the RFE was for
a. Earning Statement for last two months.
b. Federal Income Statement, including all schedules and Forms W2 and or 1099 , for the last year 2000.

This has to responded on or before March 28 2002.

Brief history : I had my 140 approved for CP. My PD is 02/00 and my RD for my 485 petition is 03/12/00.
 
How did you find out ??

Just curious to know whether it was from the lawyer of from the IIO..

I got the information from my lawyer. But I came to know about the RFE being issued when I called in @ INS Vermont. The lady didn\'t give me much information other than saying that my application was looked at and they are sending out a RFE. It took more than a weeks after I called in the AVM message changed "stating they have sendout a notice requesting more information". The RFE was issued on Dec 31st.

Nope.

I called NVC about my 140 to find out the status on my application. Then I called VSC to find out whats the status of my petition. The IIO told me there has been RFE issued.
