So Does this article imply that there is no freeze now at all. This doesnt make sense because processing times for NSC have not moved at all. They are still Aug 2001.

So does this mean that they are ready to approve cases again?
I wish I had more information guys, what I could interpret from this is that the system upgrade is nearly complete and the wait has created a backlog and it may take some time to clear up this backlog.
