UPDATE, April 8
The Senate Appropriations Committee approved its Fiscal Year 2005 Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act on April 6, and did not include the REAL ID Act provisions. But the bill now goes to the full Senate, with debate beginning at 3 p.m., Monday, April 11, and there may be an attempt to add the REAL ID Act provisions on the Senate floor.

are they gonna be voted separately?

I think is kinda important. the bill number is back to the original number and separated from the budget bill, rigtht? And if this is rigtht, HR 418 will be voted separately from the appropriations bill, right?
