Update Address Change while OCI pending?

I had a similar experience (pre travisa) for my wife's case. We moved from ATL to Portland. I had sent a cover letter with the new address to Houston and they send it to my new address at the time of stamping.

Thank you very much for your response. I will send the cover letter with new address at the time of stamping. Already sent a pre-paid UPS shipping label.
