Here are my details:

I-485, I-131 & I-765 -- RD-10/23/2002, ND-10/28/2002.
I-140 RFE -07/02/2003, RFE Reply received - 08/05/2003, AD-09/19/2003(after nearly 14 1/2 months).
EAD AD - 09/19/2003 (first EAD after 11 months).
I-131 AD - 09/24/2003(first Parole after 11 months).

Here is something unusual. I change my address on 08/04/2003, sent AR-11 form to London, KY and called National Customer Service on 08/08/2003. Didn't inform TSC about the address change. But my EAD was sent to old address and got forwarded by USPS to new address & I got it on 10/02/2003. It looks like the address is not updated even after I sent update and called them. On 10/07/2003, after 30 to 90 days confusion message, the online message was changed to "we mailed notice directly to person, etc" for I-485. I thought that the FP was intiated because of change in address (it happened to couple of my friends here from TSC). On 10/10/2003 I got the FP notice by mail to my new address and the TO address was hand written in the cover. When I checked the notice, it was issued on 09/16/2003 (3 days before my I-140 and EAD approval) along with cover originally sent to my old address stapled to FP notice. My Old address is there in the original cover (with USPS returned information, withd, new address information pasted in it) and in FP notice. BCIS received it back on 10/02/2003 and they resend it on 10/07/2003 to new address. Is the BCIS becoming customer friendly? By the way, my FP schedule date is 10/22/2003.

Thanks,
RRK15.
