1) I am unsure how to proceed, and get updates.
Concurrently filed I-140, I-485, AP, EAD on May 24 2004
I got EAD on the July 21 2004, sent it back due to errors, and have never received the update, phoned them, they confirmed it. but nothing further.
The 180days for 140 & 485 was up in Dec 2004. check the USCIS website
no changes. I understood the concurrently filing was suppose to be quicker.
And that I-140 normal took 4-6 months to get approved if that.
Anyone have clues how best to get an update. Since the general help line of CIS is the same information as on the website.
2) I would like to change to a different company, and unsure, if the ACT21???
can be applied, Or what I should wait for to be approved before moving.
And if business keeps going the way it is I am going to be force to move. therefore not sure how to deal with that.
