unpaid vacation while on EAD.

Hi,
I changed Job after almost 10 months due to lay off and got offer
from another company and I am on their pay roll for the last 2 months
and using EAD. I am planning to take about 3-4 weeks unpaid vacation.
My employer is willing to give me a vacation letter to support my
leave of absense. Will this unpaid vacation period create any problem
if INS asks for pay stubs including this period in RFE?

Probably not if your company can provide valid reasons why you had to take the LOA. But consult your lawyer about it.
