Unpaid vacation, less salary and other problems

Hi Guys...
Now is my turn to ask all these questions. Now I am at a point I dont know what to do. So I need your opinion/views/ideas/experience etc etc etc. I'll also ask my lawyer. But I need to know from u guys because of experience etc.

Here is my detials....
My I-485 has been filed. Got EAD/AP. Finished finger printing. Waiting for approval. My 180 days is NOT over yet. And my case is a little different. Its based on future employment.

So here are my questions....

1. Can I take unpaid vacation so that I wont be out of status or illegal ? If yes, how long can I take ? Do I have to be out of this country ? or Can I stay here ?

2. Whats the minimum salary one should be getting ? Is it OK to get whatever in LCA ? Or there is no way one can get less salary than what one was getting ?

3. If I go out of the country do I use my AP or H1B ? Since my H1B is not multiple entry do I have to get a new VISA stamped ? How does this affect when bringing a dependent ? Can they be on H4 if I am using AP ?

I think thats it to start with.
I appreciate any inputs/opinions/thoughts experience.

I may be wrong here

But I think if your I 485 is for future employment then you dont even have to be employed at this time, by the same company, with your EAD you can work for any company, without any restrictions.

As to your other points I Honestly dont know much about, but I am sure someone from our fellow filers will be able to advise you there

Yeah u r right about the EAD, but i need to have a proper job if/when i want to use AC-21. But I should have a job during I-485 even though its for future employment I think. I may be wrong.
