Unpaid Salary dues with my previous employer

Hi Guy's,


I ex-employee is refusing to pay my salary. I tried calling my ex-employer couple of times, but he refusing to answer.Can you guy's suggest me how i can get my due's back....

You can either file a complaint with the Department of Labor or retain an attorney to collect, or both. The attorney will cost you money but probably will obtain quicker results.
