I am a greencard holder and I like to call my unmarried 24yr old brother to US from India.
My parents are also in US on Greencard.
My uncle is also here in US as citizen.
I have 2 ways which I am thinking.
1. My uncle had filed for my parents and for my brother in 1989.
My parents came to USA in Jan, 2003.
When my parents went to US Embassy in Mumbai to obtain visa,
they told that approval to rule about bringing unmarried child under 25 (if already filed)
has not come yet.
So my brother did not get the visa at that time.
I like to know what is the approval status now about this rule.
and whether I can call my brother or not.
2. My parents can file for my brother , will it count from 1989 or they will consider as re-file.
Please help me.
