UNKNOWN Receipt Date - On AP notice

I applied for AP for both my wife and me. My wife's notice has both Reciept Date and Notice Date. But my notice has UNKNOWN under Receipt Date. Moreover, I couldn't find the status of my case online. It says, it's not found. When I called the Calefornia Emergency Number, she said, they have the Receipt Date as March 25th. So Nothing to worry.

Has anybody experienced this?
