UNIX case got Approved ND:10/03/2001

Firstly, I would like to say many many thanks to Rajiv Khanna to being maintained this GREAT, no doubt, web site.

I heard the wonderful words on AVM at 8.35PM on 08/17/2001. Mine and my son\'s case got approved, approval date is 08/17/2001. The message for my wife did not change. She did not complete medical exam because of pregnancy.

Here are my details....
PD: 08/21/1999
RD: 09/05/2000
ND: 10/03/2000
AD: 08/17/2001

Called IIO twice.

Medical Exam

Can you elaborate the medical exam part. My wife was also pregnant and she just took all the exams for medical test (all shot records + all the tests) and the doctor signed the medical forms, except for the TB test. Is it a problem.

Expecting RFE

According to my attorney, my wife should get RFE for medical exam. My wife did not take vaccination and TB test, when we filed 485.

Did your wife get a RFE for Medical exam? What is your details like RD, ND etc.

Medical Exam

My wife did the vaccination but she didnot take the TB test. I thought once the doctor gives the medical exam complete it is over. My wife got the Medical Exam forms completed by the doctor. Did your wife submit the medical forms from the doctor. I am still waiting, Notice date is Nov 2000. No RFE.

The message for my wife has changed.

INS has issued a RFE for my wife. I am sure, it must be a medical.

Has anyone received Approval notice whose approval date is 08/17/2001.
