Recently lot of I485 cases were transferred from VSC to texas.
Where should we file EAD and AP?

In the new EAD application form (effective from feb,2007), it indicates that we should apply to the service center where I485 is submitted.

But in the OLD EAD form, it indicates that we should apply to the service center where I485 is pending.
Please let us know.

just FYI..

Mine was transfered to NSC but I sent my papers for EAD renewal to CSC and I got my EAD in 35 days. I Did use E-FILE
 
If it is from VSC to TSC, then submit to TSC. I recentyl applied EAD on APril 4th to TSC, got the receipt notice, still waiting for the approval.

Mine was transferred from VSC to Texas. Had paper filed my EAD renewal at Texas service center in Jan and got approval in 2 months.
