I have used number of months only....but J.19 and J.20, I think are wrong.
I have also received email confirmation that everything was ok and we have replied back with answers and it sent another email saying it is in process. Do you still think it will ultimately get denied?

Could you please explain the procedure to withdraw? My SWA wage has expired do you think I need to reapply for that. It was valid during advertisement and waiting period etc...it only expired at the end of this year.

Why would 19 and 20 be N/A. N/a is only if there is no alternative occupation or alternative educatin experience. Once you have an answer that there is alternatives the answer has to be "yes" or "no". If the answer is "no" then it will get denied.


I would re-file with corrected answers and withdraw this labor as it will take forever and it will get denied.

Looks like the Lawyer sent me an old copy of PERM appln...the one he actually filed has J.19 and J.20 answered correctly(he answered yes to both the questions because I have both those qualifications). So I am ok....

discuss with your lawyer. there are many intricies involved. I learned some of these things the hard way.
