Hi Guys,
I got an RFE for I-140 requesting my W2 and the employers tax returns for the year 2003. My w-2 has only 41,500 for the year 2003 but my labor stated 50k as the proposed salary.I was in beach for 6 weeks and went to INDIA on vaction for 5 weeks. Has anyone faced a situation similar to this..
For the year 2004 my w-2 has 61K.
Please respond with any suggestions to get over with this RFE.

Thanks for the quick response. Do i need to provide any leave letter for the period i was on vacation?,, and any idea on how to explain to them about my beach period. My employer is very cooperative..
