i'm in a critical situation i need to responed to RFE by next week

recd RFE -ability to Pay
My future employer gave us tax returns in which there is a short of $20000 than the proffered wages the company doesnt have any cash asset as such and its a small company of 20 people working so i cannot get any letter from CPA too.But there are contractors working for that company so my future employer gave me some work orders of the contracters now my question is this document enough to prove ability to pay or my lawyer should prepare a document explaining all these in detail if so can any one provide me with the format
