Desi at wrong place at wrong time,............

Here is my problem,.............

while driving home during nite i made a wrong turn and entered street corner where cop was present i casually pulled my vechile and made a u turn and got off, The police stopped and searched me for drugs,.. to my bad i had the condom in my pants he was questining if i was looking for hookers ( i guess the street was notorios) and ran my history and then let me go,.. ,... this is really killing me,...

1)how would this affect my GC processing? am applying for i140 and 485
2)how do i check what the police record ? can i get this from police station

OOOps i dont think u should have any problems did they give any ticket i dont think so else u would have mentioned that...neither did he ask you to report to them etc.... it was just a normal check so i think u r fine .... tell me what they will report against you caught a guy with condom who says u can not go to notorious street .... even if you were looking for hooker it was not proved right ....

so just forget it ...and believe me if they have to do anything against soon u will be getting a mail ... which i highly doubt .....

whatif they send u the letter what they will tell in the court ... what charges they will put against you ......
